Personal Training.

What To Expect

Dont worry. . . we won’t be going straight in with the high intensity! I will spend a little bit of time with you, getting to know a bit more about you as a person, but also your past and current fitness experience. I also like to tell the client a little bit about myself, as you need to make sure you click with the right personal trainer.

 

If you are happy to go ahead, we will have weekly sessions which will be an hour long (of course the most joyful hour of your week). We will spend some time working on the foundations, dependent on your experience and work our way up from there!

I want you to enjoy the hour or two that you have given yourself out of your week to have fun, get strong and feel fit.

You will be training from a semi private space in Harrogate, The Fitness Garage.

 

This luxury is only for Personal Trainers to work from with their clients, the spaces need to be booked in advance, therefore no fighting over equipment, no judgement, basically the perfect space for those who may feel a little nervous about being in a gym.
